    Email us at [email protected] to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending back any item.
  2. Package the Item
    Place your item and proof of purchase in the original packaging, with the RMA number clearly visible on the package.
  3. Shipping Instructions
    Send the package to:

Processing Your Refund

Once we’ve inspected the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed within 4 days back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
